Terms & Conditions

I understand that my receipt of any prize is subject to my eligibility for Wheel of Fortune Live! (the “Show”). Eligibility requirements are set forth in the event rules (the “Rules”) which are available at: https://www.wheeloffortunelive.com/rules. It is my responsibility to report any prize money and/or non-cash prize winnings to the Internal Revenue Service or Canada Revenue Agency on my tax return. I understand that I am solely responsible for taxes and fees, if any, on any prize winnings (including on any vehicle(s) I may win) and further authorize the withholding of any taxes required by law. I understand that I may elect to forfeit any or all my cash and/or non-cash prizes (if any), my decision of which shall be final. In the event I win a prize, any prize(s) I elect to keep may not be refunded or exchanged. I understand and acknowledge that the Producer shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to either award or not award any or all cash or non-cash prizes I may win on the show if any applicable rules and regulations have not been complied with. I agree that I may be offered an option to accept a cash payment (the amount of which shall be determined by Right Angle Wheel, LLC (“Producer”) in its sole discretion) in lieu of a non-cash prize. If a non-cash prize won by me is unavailable for any reason whatsoever, I agree that I will be awarded a like-valued prize or the cash option offered by Producer on the day of Show, the amount of which shall be determined by Producer in its sole discretion. I hereby release, acquit, indemnify, and forever discharge the Producer, Right Angle Entertainment, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Califon Productions Inc., the Show venue, and any other parties and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, agents, respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, sponsors, successors, and assigns (the “Released Parties”) from any and all demands, causes of action and/or judgements of whatsoever nature or character, arising out of or relating to in any way, either directly or indirectly, my participation in the Show and/or use of any and all prize(s) I may be eligible to receive in connection with my participation on the Show, including without limitation, bodily injury and/or property damage suffered as a result of participating in the Show or any element thereof (including my travel to/from the Show), use of prizes (including but not limited to travel or attendance at events that may constitute a prize or part of a prize, any transportation involved in receiving any prize, misuse of any prize, and/or any defects or damage to any prize) and/or otherwise. I accept all liabilities relating to this clause and hereby release the Released Parties from any such liabilities. I certify that I have read and understand these terms and conditions and the Rules and agree to be bound by such.

FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby grant to Right Angle Wheel (“Producer”), and its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, agents, respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, sponsors, successors, and assigns and other successors-in-interest all rights of every kind and character whatsoever in perpetuity in and to my performances, appearances, names and/or voices and the results and proceeds thereof ("the Content") for use by Producer in all media throughout the world in perpetuity. I hereby authorize Producer to reproduce the Content, to edit same at its discretion and to include it with the performance of others and with sound effects, special effects and music and to incorporate the same into any other program or content, or not and to use and to license others to use the Content in any manner or media whatsoever, including without limitation unrestricted use for purposes of publicity, advertising and sales promotion; and to use the names, likenesses, voices, and all other information embodied in the Content for any other purpose. I agree that Producer owns all rights and proceeds of my services rendered in connection herewith.
